With a deep respect for cultural nuances, I integrate your religious beliefs, spirituality or dietary and nutritional needs into our work together. I am based in Dubai but regularly travel and work with clients around the globe, so approach my work with an open mind and international perspective.
Relatable, honest, and intuitive, I pride myself on my no-nonsense approach and have a refreshingly transparent relationship with clients, creating a safe space where they feel seen, respected and understood. Wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll find unique solutions that actually work for you.
Holistic means to encompass the whole of something, rather than focusing solely on one part. While we do tackle individual or specific issues you want to deal with, we also zoom out and approach you as a whole multifaceted being, looking at different aspects of your life and how they intersect.
I don’t create strict schedules or unbreakable rules, nor am I a medical doctor or teacher. Your intentions and actions have to align: if something doesn’t feel joyful or intuitive for you, it just won’t stick! We’ll work together to find solutions and routines that you’ll actually want to honour… while still giving you space to enjoy your guilty pleasures.
Perfection is just a word… and it means nothing round here. I advocate for intention over perfection. All I ask is that you show up fully, prioritise yourself and commit to your journey: your results are a manifestation of your commitment.

From there, if you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send you an in-depth questionnaire. The questions cover everything from basic information about your health to deeper questions about your work, relationships, goals and more.
We’ll then meet for an initial consultation. In this session we go deeper, chatting all about your issues, goals and how I can support you.
I’ll create a recommended bespoke programme for you, sending over information about the course, amount of sessions, frequency and more. At that point, it’s completely up to you whether you wish to embark on this journey together.

I help you clarify what you truly want, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies to move forward. While I offer support in areas such as stress management, mindset shifts and personal growth, it’s important to note that I do not provide clinical mental health services. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges,
I recommend seeking support from a licensed mental health professional. However, I’m here to actively listen, help you develop coping strategies and improve your overall wellbeing as part of a comprehensive approach to health.
